Ed&#8217;s commentary is at <a href=\"https:\/\/1hope.org\/hopeblog\/commentary-collins-investigation\/\">https:\/\/1hope.org\/hopeblog\/commentary-collins-investigation\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->His research tables are available in the references at the end of his commentary.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that Ed conducted this research fat his own expense, for free, he was not paid.<\/p>\n<p>Contrast that to Monterey County staff, Monterey County Water Agency staff MCWRA, Marina Coast Water District staff (collectively paid millions) &#8211; who did nothing about this &#8211; zero research, zero concern.<\/p>\n<p>Except for one unnamed newly hired bookkeeper at Marina Coast Water District who raised a concern.
